Everytime my babies have a milestone, I always feel like I need to snap some pictures. There's something about going to that milestone doctor appointment, getting vaccinated, talking about their development, weighing, measuring, etc that makes you feel like you need to document them on that day. Here she is at 15 months, big girl!

This cute family owns a large parcel of land in the middle of Cary, with a beautiful lake so it was a picturesque backdrop. It was lovely to meet them and see their farm.
We got a lot of normal "hang-on-the-wall" photos, and then some that capture more of their fun family dynamics. I usually end up liking the candid "non posed" ones that just naturally happen as families interact.
Grandma and Grandpa have been married 44 years! And still looking like spring chickens :)
I let each of the kids pick their favorite place on the farm to have their individual pictures taken.
Here's a cute expression when I asked her, "Is Grandma or Grandpa your favorite?".

Here's a sweet little doll baby for you to swoon over.
Elorie's mom loved my baby's 1 yr photos, so she asked if we could do the NC Museum of Art for her photoshoot. Which I was really thankful for, since it was 98 degrees that day!
Usually 6 months is the perfect age for photos because at this age babies are sitting up unassisted and not crawling. However, little Elorie is quite advanced and was crawling/wiggling all over the place.
It was so fun to meet this family!
